METHODOLOGY UX

Our first goal : to satisfy the user with an enjoyable and easy-to-use interface. In order to reach this goal, it is all about analytic science, just like the NASA does! It is a teamwork which requires some methodology, and CREATIVITY, SIMPLICITY, CLOSENESS are the keywords ! Here are the different steps of a successful collaboration :


1 - Meeting : Exploration, brainstorming, goal setting

One can’t just launch a space rocket without any preparation! First of all, it is important to prepare a document called a ‘brief’ which sums up the client’s needs and every functional specifications.

  • Definition of the personas and targets

2 – Benchmark, inspiration and research

After having set expectations, goals and focus groups, it is necessary to create a benchmark of existing UX practices and a competitive analysis in order to develop a unique and appropriate web product.

3 – Prototyping, zoning

Once the benchmark has traced the outlines, we have all the needed informations to achieve the space rocket plans. It’s time to model the ‘wireframe’ to organize your contents and ideas so that we can increase the interactivity and create a great user experience.

4 - Art direction, visual design, UI conception

After the approval of the plans, it’s time to think about the visual rendering of the project and imagine a unique design to give life to the brand (without forgetting those small details that make the difference). It is the UI step, which makes the liaison between the user and the technology behind your Website or mobile application.

5- User testing sessions – Reality check

Observing people during user ‘beta-testing’ sessions helps understand and check how they act and react with the functional models and discover their feelings about the experience and the navigation.

6 – Analysis, conclusions and improvements

Following the tests, all the data collected from users are analyzed to adjust our trajectory and improve the global experience of their journey.

7 – Maintenance, follow-up, iteration

During the development and after the take-off, the UX designer is still responsible for their design. Like a guru, they stay close to their client in a continuous improvement process.
